Please note: RaisingHOPE serves current and former foster youth in Ventura County or the Conejo Valley, California. This may change at some point, but for now please only apply if you are OR were in Ventura County or the Conejo Valley, California. If you were a dependent of Ventura County but now you are living elsewhere, you may qualify. Likewise, if you were a dependent elsewhere but are now living in Ventura County or the Conejo Valley, please feel free to apply. Fund distribution is dependent on the availability of funds. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
