HOPE Sweet Home Campus Project

Mission

The mission of HOPE Sweet Home is to provide a bridge from foster care to independent living by offering an affordable and safe housing community including opportunities on site for employment, childcare, life skills courses, leadership training, and case management.

Vision

  • Provide safe and stable housing for youth aging out of foster care (beginning with ages 21-24).
  • Offer case management to young adults that will equip them to afford and maintain mainstream housing options after they leave the campus.
  • Offer a caring community of adult support as well peer support.
  • Provide housing near employment opportunities in the community as well as on campus employment opportunities.
  • Remove the barrier of costly childcare by offering childcare on site.
  • Continue to provide high quality support through all of RaisingHOPE’s existing programs including life skills courses, mentoring and coaching, housing assistance, transportation, employment, college and career planning, and financial assistance.
